Set up professional email addresses for your domain
Creating Email Accounts
Create professional email addresses like info@yourdomain.com, sales@yourdomain.com, etc.
Step 1: Access Email Manager
- Log into CyberPanel
- Click "Email" in the left sidebar
- Select "Create Email"
Step 2: Fill Email Details
- Select your domain from the dropdown
- Enter the email username (e.g., "info" for info@yourdomain.com)
- Create a strong password
- Set mailbox quota (e.g., 500 MB)
Step 3: Access Your Email
You can access your email in three ways:
Option 1: Webmail (Easiest)

Option 2: Email Client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
IMAP Settings:
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your email password
SMTP Settings (for sending):
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 465
- Security: SSL/TLS
Option 3: Mobile Phone
Use the same IMAP/SMTP settings in your phone's email app.
Make sure your domain's MX records are properly configured for email to work.
